Total Solutions, Inc. (TSI) is recruiting for a Program Director to manage a staffing contract for the USAID.
The Program Director must be an upper-level management official with at least five years of management experience in one or more of the following fields: personnel/performance management; demonstrated management and supervision of staff; and/or experience in setting up management, administrative, and financial systems. The Program Director will be the primary POC for the USAID COR for all matters pertaining to the contract. It will be the responsibility of the Program Director to obtain any contractor organization internal approvals required for decisions taken by the Program Director if the Program Director does not have independent authority. USAID will assume that all decisions rendered by the Program Director are taken with the full authority of the contractor. The Program Director must be readily accessible to the COR by telephone or email. The Program Director must plan to meet with USAID and the COR on a regular basis, as defined by the COR.
Previous USAID exerience is highly desired.
