Total Solutions, Inc. (TSI) is searching for a USAID Chief of Party (COP). The COP will be responsible for providing the vision and overall leadership to the team; managing the Contractor’s technical assistance, training, and overall support; overseeing the different Task Orders issued; and coordinating with USAID key counterparts. The COP will have principal responsibility for overall project management and technical operations to ensure that the tasks orders are completed, and the objectives are successfully met. The COP will lead the Contractor’s team and serve as the primary point of contact with USAID with regard to day-to-day activity implementation and management matters relating to the contract. The COP will have overall responsibility for ensuring that all work provided under the contract, whether by international or local personnel as well as by third parties, is technically sound and appropriate for the requirements of the contract and task orders issued; and for adequately managing and supervising the work of all personnel provided. The COP will manage the preparation and presentation of proposed implementation plans and all reports.



Minimum qualification requirements

  • Master’s Degree in relevant field related to one or more the IDIQ services; or a Bachelor's degree with at least 12 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Consultant Services, Institutional Support, Training, Program and Project Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, Logistics and/or Monitoring Projects related to development.
  • At least 10 years of progressively responsible experience in project management of development programs. At least four of these years must be in Latin America.
  • At least five years of experience in managing Institutional Support contracts or similar services.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Spanish is required (Level 4/4).
